At l’Esclopet restaurant we mainly offer our clients farm cooking, traditional Catalan cooking with rural influences, served in big plates.
We offer organic veal and other organic products.
We recommend our variety of salads, pâtés, cheeses, toasts with escalivada (roast vegetables), escudella (noodles or rice soup), etc. Most of our products come from traditional Catalan homesteads from Granera. We are specialists in charcoal-grilled meat and we mainly cook botifarres (large Catalan pork sausage), lamb, pig’s trotters, delicious boneless rib steaks, mushrooms and season vegetables. Our desserts are home-made: crème caramel, Catalan custard, milk curd with honey, etc.
