The restaurant Mas Folch is a beautifully preserved Modernist house located between Tarragona and Reus. This restaurant, recognized in 2014 as the best in the province of Tarragona by the guide Gourmand, is run by two siblings: David Aixalà, who is in charge of the service, very friendly and close, and the chef Daniel Aixalà charge of the kitchen.
The dishes of the restaurant Mas Folch are the meeting point between traditional and innovative cuisine and they are all inspired in the Mediterranean diet. All the dishes are created with local products and the mix of flavors, colors and textures results in extraordinary creations of haute cuisine.
The menu is varied and offers traditional dishes such as escargots or baked sea bass. However, you can also enjoy delicious innovative dishes such as salmon, vegetables with kimchi and soy macaroni or tuna steak, vegetables and "ajoblanco" pears.
Mas Folch is the ideal place to celebrate weddings and special events. The restaurant has three dining rooms which are perfect for all kinds of celebrations in which the decoration is fantastic. Moreover, Mas Folch has a large garden with a beautiful pond and an outdoor terrace next to the restaurant to enjoy this wonderful natural environment.
Lunch is served from Tuesday to Sunday from 13:00 to 16:00. For dinner, the restaurant is only open for groups of more than 20 people if you make a reservation.
