Rosa dels Vents restaurant is located in La Costa Brava, in the Sallés Hotel & Spa Cala del Pi resort. However, it is not necessary to be a guest at the hotel to be able to go to its restaurant and enjoy its excellent dishes. Enric Herce is the chef in charge of the cuisine at Rosa dels Vents. The cuisine is mainly Empordà style and can be classified in the field of gastronomic creativity. The restaurant is particularly well-known for its seasonal gourmet menus, which enable guests to discover the best products on the market in each season. This menu is served every day from 20:00 to 21:30. During the rest of the day 4 other meals are served: buffet breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30, lunch from 13:00 to 16:00, dinner from 20:00 to 22:30, and a tasting menu from 20:00 to 21:30.
